Confidentiality and Agreement
LØ does not work so that the other party’s preferences and views on the matter are exposed to the other party with a view to finding a solution. However, it can not be excluded that the other party will get knowledge of relationships that he had otherwise not known.
The parties therefore sign their confidentiality statement. This prevents the parties from using what they are acquainted with in a subsequent court round – if no solution is found.
Security is necessary to gain trust. Confidence is required to achieve results. Openness is important in gaining trust.
LØ focuses on the parties. Both sides. What they want is served with / can live with. Solve the flok quickly and reasonably. Get clients quickly / through the situation so that they can spend time, money and effort positive and creative instead of destructive and arguing.
The conflict seekers find conflicts, the solution-oriented find solutions
